The joy you get out of taking left over "English breakfast TEA" with jasmine in it..adding exactly 12 little packets of sugar, one sachet of Heinz ketchup and quarter cup of water and watching my dear child anjana drink it is indescribable. The delighted look on her face can make any chef happy for life :)
Of course much more joy comes to see a picture of it(courtesy:Anjana)) after garnishing it with grated cabbage and carrot in mayonnaise :)
And whats more, anjana laughing extremely loudly in a place where u can probably hear it if a tissue falls down just adds to the beautiful ambiance and sets just the right mood :)
